The park is now under brand new management and you can feel the difference the second you pull in. Everything looked clean and cared for, and the NEW managers were incredibly welcoming and professional. 
The vibe is friendly, the place looks great, and I ended up staying the whole week through June 26th. This is now one of my favorite stops in Quartzsite Arizona and I’ll definitely be coming back.
If you’re on the fence just stop by. You’ll see what I mean.
